2022 Inspiring Sustainability Awards

Let's mix, mingle and celebrate together at the 2022 Inspiring Sustainability Awards.

Join us as we continue the tradition of Coulee Partners for Sustainability in recognizing and celebrating organizations or individuals who have inspired sustainable action within our community. 2022 marks the 12th year for the Inspiring Sustainability Awards. That means 12 years of recognizing and celebrating organizations and individuals who have inspired sustainable action within our community. How amazing is that?

This celebration event will be taking place at La Crosse Distilling Co., a past Inspiring Sustainability Award winner, on Tuesday, October 25th from 6-8PM.  

Food will be provided by the Sustainability Institute and a cash bar is available with local beer options and cocktails for purchase. 

Event Menu

Taco Bar : hickory-smoked carnitas, vegan seitan chorizo, tortilleria zepeda corn tortillas, salsa verde, salsa pasilla, onions and cilantro, jasmine rice and black beans.

Papas Machas : fried driftless organics potatoes in chile peanut sauce with whipped ricotta and sugar-cured jalapeños

During the event, we will be announcing the two winners for 2022 as well as sharing outcomes from the Drawdown Challenge all while celebrating the amazing sustainability work being done in our community.

Come in costume and have a drink on us! Wear a "green inspired" costume and receive a free drink chip at check in. 

What is a "green inspired" costume? Costumes that: 

• relate to sustainability topics/items/concepts
• use recycled or repurposed items
• incorporate items from nature
• cosplay a sustainable leader/icon
• or be creative!

Advance purchased tickets are required for this event. Tickets are available through October 20th 8PM.

We have a select number of donated  tickets for students on a first come/first serve basis.
